Sathese Kumar is a dynamic and highly motivated entrepreneur. He spent most of his formative years in Paris, France, where he got his MS in program management from the esteemed SKEMA Business School.

Having over a decade of experience in program management for the travel and tourism industry, he joined as a managing director in his family healthcare business to take regional healthcare service beyond boundaries. Started a paramedical institute to meet global standards in education and training. Managing trustee of The Shastalaya Educational and Rural Development Foundation to promote health, educational and other social service to the community.

Travel is one of my great passions. I have traveled extensively to Europe and Asia and have also explored many states throughout India. I have thrived on meeting different people and getting to understand their cultures, lifestyles, and food preferences.

Being an ambivert and a people person primarily, I personify the much-needed connection between Sowmiya Hospital and our patrons. My contribution to Sowmiya Hospital has been invaluable in bringing the best of worlds together and making it accessible to everyone.

The chief operating officer, a dedicated and caring human and a spiritual person, had a vision to create a quality health care centre for rural community members. Putting a lot of effort into setting up Sowmiya Healthcare & Hospital from the very beginning helps manage a company's day to day administrative operations and plans.

As a Women Entrepreneur in the healthcare industry, she always managed the administration with care and human interaction. She received an award from the KG Foundation for doing excellent work as an administrator. Her complete approach to healthcare helped the small clinic grow into a multi- discipline hospital.
